Courtney Turner serves as Founder & Principal of Keystone Infrastructure Partners. Bringing over two decades of experience, he specializes in strategic leadership across energy, utilities, construction, and industrial sectors. Courtney has guided diverse stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and government officials, in areas such as safety governance, risk management, project commissioning, and regulatory compliance. His expertise encompasses large-scale battery storage, solar, LNG facilities, renewable gas, power generation, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure systems.

Prior to founding Keystone, Courtney held senior leadership roles overseeing HSEQ for major energy initiatives. His portfolio includes leading safety and quality programs for a 400 MW battery storage project linked via high-voltage substations; managing enterprise safety practices during solar power development; and directing safety operations for LNG terminals, power plants, and marine operations across multiple regions. Courtney is certified as a Utility Safety Professional with an endorsement in electric transmission and distribution, and he is qualified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. His background also features extensive knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA codes, PHMSA regulations, FERC guidelines, and other regulatory and concensus standards for high-hazard development and operations.

Courtney’s involvement in civic and community affairs enriches his perspective on infrastructure development. He actively serves as a City Council member and Planning and Zoning Commission memeber in Fairfield, Alabama, and serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Independence Preparatory Academy. These roles provide him with insights into public policy, community engagement, and long-term development planning.
